Wheelchair Accessibility and Mobility
Two of the building's three entrances are accessible by people using mobility devices (example - a wheelchair, scooter, or walker) and strollers:
- the Bloor Street entrance on the west side of the building (Tim and Frances Price Wing)
- the Philosopher's Walk entrance on the east side of the building
Are there accessible washrooms on the conference floors?
The main public washroom is fully accessible and located on the ground level, opposite from b espresso bar. Other washrooms are located on the concourse, level 2, 3, 4, and 5. (These washrooms do not have an access button; however, please ask our staff to assist you in opening the door.) In addition to standard hand dryers and paper towel dispensers, there are always additional paper towels available on the sink counter. Please contact security if supplies need to be replenished.
Do you provide companion passes for support persons?
Any delegate or guest who requires the physical assistance of a support person can request a Special Access pass at no charge. The support person must be accompanying the identified delegate to be permitted to enter the event. Please contact strategycustomercare@brunico.com to discuss your support person needs.
Do you allow service animals at the event?
Accredited service Animals are welcome; please advise the Brunico team ahead of time to ensure a suitable seat is reserved.
Does strategy provide American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters?
Upon request, strategy can provide an ASL Interpreter for events. Strategy does not provide ASL interpreters to accompany individual registrants on a 1:1 basis.

Accessible seating
Designated accessible seating areas are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific seating requirements for any of our session rooms please contact strategycustomercare@brunico.com to make arrangements.
Will there be a quiet room at the Agency of the Year?
A quiet room in Koerner Hall, separated from the audience, for people with sensory considerations, those on the autism spectrum, ADD/ADAHD, or a learning disability is available to patrons upon request.
Please note that designated quiet rooms will not be provided for non-therapeutic purposes such as taking meetings or making phone calls.
